Eco-grazing in the Bruche Valley

Éco-pâturage Vallée de la Bruche offers environmentally friendly solutions for managing overgrown or neglected land, using animals such as goats and sheep.

Today, we’d like to introduce you to a local business: Éco-pâturage Vallée de la Bruche, whose values and eco-friendly approach are close to our hearts. At the helm is Laura Scholz, a nature and animal lover who offers alternative and natural services for the maintenance of green spaces, aimed at businesses, local authorities and private individuals.

The real ‘employees’ are none other than animals: sheep and goats!

The company offers two types of service:

- A thorough clear-out, ideal for land that has been left fallow for several years,

- Or regular mowing, to maintain a plot on an ongoing basis.

Why choose eco-grazing?

- Thanks to this natural method, land — even difficult terrain — is cleared, mown and maintained without the noise of a mechanical mower or brush cutter.

- No fuel is used: a real bonus for the environment and for conserving resources.

- The soil is naturally enriched by the animals’ droppings, which consist mainly of chewed grass and are odourless.

- The presence of animals creates an attractive environment conducive to relaxation and stress relief.

The company has no intention of stopping there! It aims to expand further and offer new services. Watch this space…

We wish Laura Scholz and her little four-legged friends a wooooonderful adventure and every success! Do feel free to follow her Facebook page to keep up to date with her projects.

And for your stay in Molsheim, the Hôtel Le Bugatti and the Villa Diana will be delighted to welcome you!
